At irregular intervals, I get pain in my neck which I call a pinched nerve. I have had this condition for decades. To relive the pain I take Tylenol and wear a neck brace or cervical collar. It usually takes two days for the pain to be relieved. The collar above is one I bought at Harvey Roche's Pharmacy in Red Lake decades ago. The plastic is shattered with many cracks and with several sections missing. Today, as the pain returned, I decided it was time to replace this device.
The new collar is much more comfortable! I was fitted for this at the local Shoppers Drug Mart. Who knew that the collars came in different sizes!
