For today's Heart Healthy diet, prepared while Anne was at Yoga, I used the recipe above. We had some cooked chicken on hand and I needed a recipe to use most, if not all, of it. This recipe did the trick. It was simple to prepare and quick. Adding the crepes was a bonus and they proved to be simple to make.
The Curried Chicken Crepes looked delicious. And, as Anne said, "They are very tasty." The recipe served four so there's more for another day.
