The Spencerville Grist Mill.

On May 28th and May 29th I was invited to take part in an exhibition and sale of all things fibre at the heritage site of the Spencerville Grist Mill.
Th mill is undergoing renovations and is the site of regular musical events as well as craft and art shows. It is located on the South Nation River in the village of Spencerville, Ontario. Spencerville is 12 km North of Highway 401, near Prescott, and off highway 416.
For the exhibition and sale, the newly renovated ground floor of the mill was open. The basement and upper floor still need work before being open to the public. The mill was last operated in 1972. It will not become operational.
My display was one of a dozen or more from artisans who work with fibre materials.
