Its time to change our pink decor to a more reflective basic white. Its a long process that involves moving furniture, taking down pictures, filling in holes for picture sites no longer in use. Today we washed the walls and gave the baseboards two coats of paint. Tomorrow we will start on the repainting, probably in the afternoon since we have a variety of things to do in the morning.
The dark pink has to go. It was enjoyable and acceptable for a few years, but we are tired of it now. You can see me and my painting clothes in the mirror at the end of the hallway. They are not quite"Sunday, go to meeting" clothes.
